As a result of her creative process, Catarina Braga presents in this exhibition a set of ceramic and pottery pieces that combine local techniques of working with red clay with references to different imaginaries of the natural world. Based on a fictional legend in which, surprisingly, seeds transform into images and fire gives life to plants, the pieces carry traditional symbols, shapes and images with speculative meanings.
